Quilt Prep Information
Batting requirements:
I am happy to accept batting with your quilt, I do need it to be 8 inches longer and 8 inches wider than your quilt top for me to load it properly. I also have a variety of batting that I can sell to you, check with me for current prices, I am always trying to find a good deal for my customers and I sell it by the linear inch to minimize waste.
Backing requirements:
In order to give you the best results possible, please ensure your backing fabric is a total of 8 inches longer and 8 inches wider than your quilt top. This gives me at least 4 inches of clearance on each side of the quilt top. Your quilt backing may be larger but not smaller due to the way it is loaded on the frame and draws in during stitching.
Corrective Measures Disclosure:
All measures will be taken to provide a quality product. Should minor issues arise they will be addressed. Issues requiring substantial correction will be discussed and estimated before completion.

I am more than willing to meet you locally to pick up your quilt, I don't expect anyone to have to drive out to our place, we have a Springfield mailing address but we are a ways outside of the main city.
