About Us

Hello! I'm Michelle and I am so glad you have found your way to my website!  It's always a work in progress. 

If you're here you want to know that we are 100% solar powered, which I think is pretty dang exciting!  We installed 51 solar panels this spring and we are thrilled to be using the power of the sun to quilt!

You probably also want to know personal stuff, so here goes...I have a husband who thinks it is hilarious to tag everything I post with #husbandheadaches, and 4 very active little boys that keep me very busy. 

I am an Army Veteran (my husband and I met in the service down at good old Ft. Polk, Louisiana and thought "you are the right kind of weird, I pick you").  I have a doctorate in Audiology, a black belt in Judo, and a longarm quilt machine!
